Under the passionate guidance of their teacher-in-charge, Mr Kenneth Tan, a firm believer in engineering simulation technology and the prime driving force behind the team, it is no surprise that Henderson Secondary School has not just achieved outstanding results in the Formula One in Schools World Finals 2010, but has gone on to achieve even greater breakthroughs the Formula One in Schools National Finals 2011.

Mr Kenneth Tan said in his testimonial to CAD-IT, “Team Aerophoenix won the Formula 1 Class of the F1 in Schools 2011 as well as the best Engineered car with much evidence in their folio about their use of the ANSYS CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) as part of a collaboration effort with CAD-IT Consultants. The team was able to shorten the design cycle by effectively testing their draft designs and perfect it before manufacturing the optimum. In doing so, the team recognises the importance of building strong relationships with specialist partners to achieve a goal."

CAD-IT Consultants is proud and honored to be partners with Henderson Secondary School in their quest to achieve excellence in design innovation, quality and performance through the use of ANSYS engineering simulation solutions.
